Information regarding the process of Gorenje Surovina divestment

As of July 24^th, 2015 Gorenje, d.d., and Tesla Recycling spolka z organiczona odpowiedzialnoscia spolka komandytowa have entered into an Agreement on the Sale and Purchase of a share in Gorenje Surovina d.o.o., whereas the parties to the Agreement have agreed to close the transaction not later than March, 31^st, 2016 (Longstop Date). As the procedures in respect of the fulfilment of agreed conditions precedent took longer than expected as of the date of signing the Agreement, Gorenje and Tesla mutually agreed as of March, 4^th, 2016, to prolong the Longstop Date until May 31^st, 2016. All other elements of the Agreement on the Sale and Purchase of a share in Gorenje Surovina, d.o.o., remain unchanged.
