Information about the change of the total number of shares with the voting right

The Issuer has increased share capital and the number of shares, based on AGM resolution dated on the 23^rd of August, 2013, by 3,877,365 GRVG shares. The total number of all issued GRVG shares has been changed from 18,227,062 shares to 22,104,427 shares. Due to the fact, that one share has one vote, is the new total number of voting rights 22,104,427. Number of own shares remains unchanged, namely 121,311 shares, but theirs portion has decreased to 0.5488%.
