Gorenje divests its shareholding in Istrabenz Gorenje
On June 20th afternoon, Gorenje, d.d., signed an agreement to sell its entire stake in the company Istrabenz Gorenje, d.o.o. The buyer of Gorenje's 46.5507-percent share in the said company is Petrol, d.d. The agreement will be effective when the suspensive conditions stipulated in the agreement are met.
The deadline for fulfilment of suspensive conditions is July 31st 2011.
Disposal of interest in the company Istrabenz Gorenje is consistent with Gorenje's divestment plan.
