Petra Majdič won bronze in Oslo

On Wednesday, 23 February 2011, FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo, Norway, started and will last until the end of this week.

Petra Majdič won a bronze medal in individual sprint free ski run on Thursday, 24.2.2011, Vesna Fabjan was fourth. Peter Prevc was the only Slovenian ski jumper who qualified for ski jump finals on Saturday, 26.2.2011, and achieved 17. place. On Sunday, 27.2.2011, Slovenian ski jumping team achieved sixth place in team ski jumps challenge. On this Wednesday, 2.3.2011, Slovenian ski run team Katja Višnjar and Petra Majdič achieved a fifth place in a sprint free team ski run. On Thursday, 3.3.2011, Slovenian female relay ski run team achieved seventh place and the best ski jumper at the ski jumps challenge was Jernej Damjan with 13. place.

On this Saturday, 5 March 2011, the last challenges for Slovenian Nordic Teams at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo are a female team 30 km ski run challenge and a male team ski jumps challenge.
