Gorenje opens its first after-sales service unit in Bosnia and Herzegovina

On Tuesday, February 1st 2011, Gorenje opened in Sarajevo its first after-sales service unit in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The unit is an upgrade to the existing network of authorized service centres. The newly employed team of Gorenje's own service technicians will cover Sarajevo and nearby municipalities.

Gorenje currently operates a well organized network of authorized service centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In December 2009, a call center has been launched with a single number for the entire Bosnia and Herzegovina, which customers may dial to report faults, ask about instructions for use and obtain other information on Gorenje products. Opening of Gorenje's own after-sales service unit is a new step in development of after-sales services, which will improve their efficiency and bring them closer to customers.

Robet Polšak, director of Gorenje's Sarajevo subsidiary commented: "We are well aware that after-sales services are among the most important competitive advantages in the home appliance industry. Therefore, we are planning, in addition to opening our own after-sales service unit, to upgrade the authorized service units, providing additional equipment and human resources. Furthermore, we are planning to update the visual identity of the service units t make our service technicians and services easily identifiable for the customers."
