Acquisition of shares of the company ETI Elektroelement d.d., Izlake, Slovenia

In compliance with the Recommendations to the Public Companies on Public Announcements (Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d.), the Management Board of the company Gorenje, d.d., hereby informs the public that on September 9^th 2010, the Supervisory Board of the company ETI Elektroelement, d.d., Izlake, approved the acquisition of 22,576 EITG shares at the price of EUR 57.06 per share, carrying a combined share of 4.5310 per cent of the voting rights, by the company Gorenje, d.d. After the acquisition, the interest held by Gorenje and share of voting rights pertaining thereto amounts to 4.5310 per cent of total voting rights at the company ETI Elektroelement d.d., Izlake, Slovenia.
