Company INGOR acquired GRVG shares

Based upon the Recommendations to the public companies for public announcements (Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d.), we are informing the public, that:

• The company INGOR, d.o.o., & co. k.d., , Ljubljana, Brnčičeva ulica 39, SI-1231 Ljubljana - Črnuče, Slovenia, informed us on 10 March 2009, that as on 9 March 2009 the company acquired 3,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and following to this the stake of the voting rights increased from  5.6412 % to 5.6627 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or  in total  794,473 GRVG shares.
   
• The company INGOR, d.o.o., & co. k.d., , Ljubljana, Brnčičeva ulica 39, SI-1231 Ljubljana - Črnuče, Slovenia, informed us on 6 March 2009, that as on 5 March 2009 the company acquired 3,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and following to this the stake of the voting rights increased from  5.6199 % to 5.6412 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or  in total  791,473 GRVG shares.
   
• The company INGOR, d.o.o., & co. k.d., , Ljubljana, Brnčičeva ulica 39, SI-1231 Ljubljana - Črnuče, Slovenia, informed us on 5 March 2009, that as on 4 March 2009 the company acquired 2,748 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and following to this the stake of the voting rights increased from  5.6003 % to 5.6199 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or  in total  788,743 GRVG shares.
   
• The company INGOR, d.o.o., & co. k.d., , Ljubljana, Brnčičeva ulica 39, SI-1231 Ljubljana - Črnuče, Slovenia, informed us on 4 March 2009, that as on 3 March 2009 the company acquired 3,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and following to this the stake of the voting rights increased from  5.5789  % to 5.6003 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or  in total  785,725 GRVG shares.
   
• The company INGOR, d.o.o., & co. k.d., , Ljubljana, Brnčičeva ulica 39, SI-1231 Ljubljana - Črnuče, Slovenia, informed us on 2 March 2009, that as on 27 February 2009 the company acquired 669 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and following to this the stake of the voting rights increased from  5.5742  % to 5.5789 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or  in total  782,725 GRVG shares.
