At the 17th correspondence session, the Supervisory Board of Gorenje, d.d., was informed about the statement of resignation handed in by the Management Board member and Chief Sales Officer Marko Mrzel. The Supervisory Board accepted his resignation.

Marko Mrzel joined Gorenje Group in 2001. For the most part of his career, he was in charge of Gorenje's sales company in Belgrade, Serbia, where he lives with his family. He has been a Management Board member since 2011; for the last four years, he has been the Chief Sales Officer. He will perform his duties until February 29, 2016. His decision to resign is based on personal reasons and reasons related to his family. He will continue his business career outside Gorenje Group.

The Management Board will temporary continue to work with five members. Until the appointment of a new Chief Sales Officer, sales will be managed by Suad Hadžić, executive director of the Eastern European region.
