Gorenje repays commercial paper holders GRV02

The company Gorenje, d.d., paid out on Friday, the 19^th of December, 2014, the holders of 9-month commercial paper issued on the 25^th of March, 2014 with the total face value repaid amounts to EUR 30 million.

The 19^th of December, 2014, is the maturity date for 9-month commercial paper GRV02, issued on the 25^th of March, 2014 with a total face value of EUR 30 million and an interest rate of 4%. The purpose of the issue is seasonal financing of business operations and diversification of short-term financing sources.
