Information about the change of the total number of shares with the voting right - 29 August 2014

The Issuer has increased share capital and the number of shares, based on AGM resolution dated on the 23^rd of August, 2013, by 1,005,020 GRVG shares. The total number of all issued GRVG shares has been changed from 23,419,593 shares to 24,424,613 shares. Due to the fact, that one share has one vote, is the new total number of voting rights 24,424,613. Number of own shares remains unchanged, namely 121,311 shares, but theirs portion has decreased to 0.4967%.
