Information on major holding of voting rights – 25 August 2014

Announcement of the Supervised Information’s is referring to Article 106, 118 and 124 of Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI).

The company Alpen.SI, mixed flexible subfund – South-Eastern Europe, Trdinova ulica 4, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, informed us on 22 August, 2014 that due to the third round of the capital increase of the new 1,005,020 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and subscribed by IFC, the stake of the voting rights of the company from the 18 August, 2014 decreased from 5.0446% to 4.8370% of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d. At the same time, we are informing the public, that on 13 August, 2014 the stake of the voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d. of the company IFC increased from 8.0141% to 11.7991%.
