Gorenje announces signing of long-term syndicated loan agreement

An agreement on a long-term syndicated loan to Gorenje, d.d., provided by NLB, SID banka, Abanka Vipa, Banka Koper, Gorenjska banka and NKBM will be signed on July 9, 2014 at 10.30 a.m., at the NLB, d.d., head offices in Ljubljana. NLB is also the bookrunner/agent in the deal.

The agreement will be signed by Gorenje President and CEO Franjo Bobinac, Gorenje Management Board member (CFO) Peter Groznik, NLB Management Board President Janko Medja, NLB Management Board member Blaž Brodnjak, and representatives of other banks involved in the syndicated loan.

Press statements will be presented upon the signing of the agreement.

Details regarding the syndicated loan will be announced on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange website in the SEOnet system after the signing.
