Before this acquisition, this company held no shares of the issuer Gorenje, d.d., with the symbol GRVG.
The company Kapitalska družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 119, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, informed us on 11th October 2013 that due to the capital increase of the new 2,320,186 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and acquired by PANASONIC CORPORATION, the stake of the voting rights of the company from the 11th October 2013 decreased from 22.2207% to 19.3921% of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d.
The company NFD 1, mešani fleksibilni podsklad - Jug, Trdinova ulica 4, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, informed us on 17th October 2013 that due to the capital increase of the new 2,320,186 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and acquired by PANASONIC CORPORATION, the stake of the voting rights of the company from the 11th October 2013 decreased from 5.0972% to 4.4483% of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d.
