  • Profitability of operating volume: Turnover (sales revenue) > EUR 1.5 billion in 2015 (CAGR 3.8 %)* Base year 2011 (eliminated effect of Istrabenz-Gorenje divestment)
  • Creating value, short term: FCF (narrow) at least EUR 40 million, in 2015
  • Creating value, long term: EBIT above 5% in 2015
  • Debt management: Net debt/EBITDA not more than 3.0 from 2014 on

  • Share of brands/ concepts in the premium price segment over 25% in 2015
  • Turnover (sales revenue) beyond Europe more than EUR 150 million in 2015
  • Core activity shall represent approximately 90% in 2015
