If a dividend is declared for the fiscal year 2011, the dividend is paid to all shareholders based on the number of shares held in the share register at the close of business on July 8, 2012. Dividends are scheduled for payment within 60 days following the adoption of a resolution to declare dividends at the 17th Regular Assembly Meeting of Gorenje, d.d.
 
Gorenje, d.d. has a silent period of 15 days before each quarterly financial report announcement. During the silent period the company will not arrange meetings with investors, analysts, or the media.
