Corporate Governance Code Compliance Statement - 19th April 2011

The contents of the statement refer to the period from the adoption of the previous statement on the following of the Code of public limited companies, i.e. from the 17^th of April, 2010 until the 19^th of April, 2011 when its contents were jointly formulated and adopted by the Management and Supervisory Boards of Gorenje, d.d.
